We live in a time where isolation is at its peak, this may lead you to think that the problems you're facing are yours alone. Allow this circle to show you that you aren't alone at all. About this space:

We aim to support, love, and encourage womxn of color as they practice self-healing, so that their healing creates a ripple effect of healing within their families and communities. Our main modality is journaling because of its benefits, particularly increased self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Every month Caona Wellness will host a virtual support group for womxn of color. Together we will return to our bodies via breathwork and mindfulness, increase our self-awareness through journaling, and build community through honest conversation.
