Educators, service providers, & healers are often asked to hold everything. Students. Clients. Systems. Communities. Crisis. We’re also navigating a moment in education marked by profound change & uncertainty. This online gathering is a pause.

Holding the Holders is a virtual sanctuary designed for people in care-centered work to regulate their nervous systems, reflect through guided journaling, & connect with others who understand the weight of this work. We’ll also make space for what’s coming up for you personally to surface. Often, what’s activated at work is pointing toward something within us asking for attention. Together, we’ll make room for it all.

Together, we’ll move gently through:

• Somatic practices to support grounding & nervous system regulation

• Guided journaling to name what you’re carrying & the kind of support you’re craving

• Facilitated community conversation to surface shared experiences across education, service, & individual healing paths
