Instructor Bio:

Growing up in a Dominican household dancing was second nature. At an early age Kelly Rodriguez became inspired by the melody’s of famous artist like Anthony Santos, Frank Reyes, Raulin Rodriguez and Zacarías Ferrería, she danced from her living room, into the kitchen as the music touched her soul.

Kelly now expresses her passion for bachata beyond her living room floors into dance studios where she teaches individual and private classes. She’s worked with multiple professional dancers while also performing at various dance conferences, dance competitions and volunteering at community events.

She also enjoys choreographing and performing for weddings and sweet sixteens. Her ultimate goal is to continue to seek opportunities where she can provide a fun, creative and safe space for people to experience bachata, her first love.
